WEEK 1: WOOD SELECTION & ACCLIMATIZATION
Every desk begins with hand-selecting premium solid oak. Planks are left to stabilize in our humidity-controlled workshop for optimal performance and durability.
WEEK 2: JOINERY & SHAPING
Skilled carpenters cut, join, and shape the surface. Corners are rounded and every angle refined to ensure a sleek and ergonomic design.
WEEK 3: HAND FINISHING
Multiple sanding phases are done by hand. Ecological oils or matte finishes are applied in layers, with drying periods in between to lock in protection and depth.
WEEK 4: FRAME FITTING & QUALITY CONTROL
The dual-motor frame is mounted and tested. Height, stability, and finish are reviewed by a senior technician for final approval.
WEEK 5–6: PACKAGING & SHIPPING
The desk is re-oiled, humidity checked, then packed with custom packaging and dispatched with tracking. Every order is manually checked and confirmed by our team before leaving.
It took a while for the desk to be crafted and delivered but it was worth the wait. Beautiful oak desk, the motor is smooth and the desks frame functions are great.
