Our Journey.
At OAKO Denmark, our journey began from a simple love for oak wood and a desire to create something truly special. Founded by Kristers Adamanis and his wife, along with their family, back in 2019, when the idea of an ergonomic desk with a timeless oak top seemed like a distant dream, we took it upon ourselves to make it a reality. We believed that everyone deserved the opportunity to work comfortably and beautifully, even from the confines of their home.
Today, our commitment to sustainability is ingrained in everything we do. We're proud to say that every part of our OAKO desks can be recycled when handled correctly. As a family-owned business, we pour our love and passion into every aspect of our work. We care deeply about each customer and take pride in the products we create.
Our journey hasn't been without its challenges. When we launched in 2019, the world was in turmoil with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite our fears, the shift towards remote work actually accelerated our business. As people sought out ergonomic solutions for their home offices, we found ourselves in the right place at the right time.
For us, communication is key. We believe in building strong relationships with our customers and partners, listening to their needs, and delivering exceptional service every step of the way.
