1 | ELIGIBILITY & CONDITIONS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns apply only to unused, undamaged products in original or equivalent packaging.

The policy applies once per customer — repeat returns from second purchases are not accepted.

Products must be packed carefully to avoid damage during return transit.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: This return policy does not apply to products with manufacturing defects. For defect-related claims, refer to our Warranty Policy.
2 | NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Assembled, used, or visibly damaged items

Orders refused upon delivery without prior agreement
3 | RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
From within the EU:

Desk or set: €100 flat-rate return shipping fee (deducted from refund)

Accessories & chairs: Customer arranges and pays for return shipping
From Switzerland, Norway & UK:

Desk or set: €250 flat-rate return shipping fee

Accessories & chairs: Customer arranges and pays for return shipping
4 | REFUND AMOUNTS
If returned in original condition and packaged properly:
✔️ 100% refund, minus the flat-rate return fee.
If not properly packaged or damaged in transit:
⚠️ Refund will be reduced to the lower of either:
– 85% of the purchase price
– 100% minus the flat-rate shipping fee
Items showing signs of assembly, wear, or misuse are not eligible for refund.
5 | ORDER CANCELLATIONS & DELIVERY REFUSALS

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refusing delivery due to a change of mind is not permitted.
If a product is returned to OAKO due to delivery refusal, return shipping will be deducted from the refund. -
If a customer cannot be reached for delivery (e.g. incorrect contact info or lack of response after multiple attempts), the order will be returned and refunded excluding delivery and return fees.
6 | HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT (Step-by-Step)
Step 1 – Contact Us
Email info@oakodenmark.dk with:
– Your order number
– Your full name
– List of items to return
– (Optional) Reason for return – your feedback helps us improve
Step 2 – Package Carefully
Use the original packaging or equivalent. Take photos of the product and the packaging and send them to us. This protects you from being held responsible for damage during return shipping.
Step 3 – Schedule Pickup
For desks/sets (EU/UK/CH), we will arrange pickup via our partner courier. You must confirm a suitable weekday and pickup address.
Step 4 – Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Legal Framework
This return policy has been developed in accordance with Danish law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, which allows businesses to set reasonable conditions on product returns — particularly for large goods, made-to-order items, and shipping cost deductions.
